She needs to be empowered, for sure can empower a million, with each passing month or year. She has potential, and all she needs is a calming arm or an avenue to showcase what she's made of. She is empowered, for she can take up what she believes in and turn it into gold!
Women empowerment starts by providing women with things on a plate. It starts by informing and advising them about the perils that they will stand to face but gives them the tools to create their plate. Teaching them the importance of values, and virtues and dealing with viciousness is a sentiment that needs to be shared and nurtured along the way. Once women feel they have skilled themselves to begin their journey, they know that nothing is beyond their reach. Let's picture this together. 5 women from different walks of life unite in one motion to realize what each of them can do if they know the way forward. They take the long walk at the wee hours of the day, withstanding harsh climates outside and some scowls at home. They're labelled to be cuckoos for educating themselves at an age when they should take up the reigns of their families.
However, they felt the need to be empowered by knowing about technology and the terrific advancements by humankind. These women believed that empowering themselves now could lay the red carpet for the next million... girls who needn't dream too much, but have a headstart because someone believes in empowering and setting an example.
While societies continue to stay in turmoil with the he-with-she debate, we as individuals, should believe that when he and she are empowered... The world moves forward... Faster and with a larger hustle than ever witnessed.
